Tom Griffith started Griffith Insurance LLP in 1988 with his father, Thomas M. Griffith. Tom became agency owner/principal in 2002 upon the death of his father. Tom brings over 30 years of experience in personal and commercial insurance.
Tom is a 1988 graduate of University of Richmond. He enjoys golf, running, and spending time with his family. He currently resides in East Bradford Township, Chester County with his wife. Tom has 3 adult children.

Her career prior to working in the insurance industry included extensive customer service while in the import/export and international banking fields.
Kelly enjoys bicycling and resides in West Goshen, Chester County with her husband Bill and have two adult children.

After more than 20 years, she retired her designations as Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager but continues to serve commercial customers with the wealth of information extra training brings.
Michele favorite pastimes are gardening, a great book, and beaches everywhere She and her husband reside in West Chester.

Lydia Panulas-Zelinsky is a licensed insurance agent who joined Griffith Insurance, LLP in 2024, as Personal Lines Account Manager. She has ten years of experience as an advisor, ensuring client satisfaction through relationship management.
Prior to embarking on a second career in the insurance industry, Lydia worked in the Marketing Communications industry as a Public Relations and Marketing executive.
Outside of work, Lydia enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, swimming, reading, traveling, cooking, listening to jazz, and indulging in her guilty pleasure of watching “reality tv” and television shows & movies from previous decades.
